Community Spouse Resource Allowance: The well spouse is entitled to $109,560 (up from $104,400), plus exempt, non-available and income-producing assets.
Income Cap for Medicaid Applicant: The maximum monthly income an applicant may retain and still be eligible for benefits increases to $2022 (up from $1911).
