Attorney Karp recognizes father and son local heroes
06-24-09 - Attorney Joseph S. Karp had the honor of presenting the American Red Cross-Palm Beach Chapter's Good Samaritan Adult Award to Bill Burckhard and his son Nick,19. Mr. Karp, a Red Cross Lifetime Legacy Fellow, recognized Mr. Burckhard and his son for stopping the assault of a 69-year-old woman at a local mall. The two were able to hold off the aggressor until the police arrived and made an arrest. The award was presented at the annual Real Heroes Luncheon. Bravo to the Burckhards! |
